Can I face legal repercussions for disclosing on yahoo 360 what's going on at work?

A company that I worked for in the past has bought out the company I currently work for. I don't care about loosing this job. I have inside information on the parent company busting the union and would like to blog about it on my 360 site. Could I face legal repercussions for disclosing this since I'm involved? I have signed a non compete statement but I don't believe this falls into this category. The reason I ask is that the employee's of the parent union company could have a law suit brought against them because of how the parent company busted the union. Like I said I don't care about loosing this job that is why I'm home now to look for a new one I refuse to work for a company with ethics like the parent company has.
