Can anything be done about a peer going through all my emails b/c I put in my two weeks? It's ';business';?

I put in my two weeks notice yesterday. My boss was out of the office, but we spoke about it from home. She knew it was coming. The one she left in charge, barged over to my computer, inserted a memory stick, downloaded my company e-mail and handed it to my peer stating they needed to know where I left off. I explained all the folders and who was where. My peer questioned me about other things I knew were in the trash and in my ';HR'; Folder. I contacted HR and was told my e-mail is the property of the company. I understand that part. But my PEER going through my mail, all day yesterday for six hours. I walked by her desk and she was in my deleted e-mails. Can anything be done about this? I have two more weeks with these people!
