Can someone help me?!?

I am at work and have lost my motivation to go on with this crap! I am entering business conacts into an excel spreadsheet -- and have been doing so all week. I feel like I am going crazy and when I close my eyes I can still see the damn grid! What can I do? I have 400 more contacts to go! Help -- what do you do to get the job done?!
