Can I talk on my cell phone while I'm working?

I'm a sign spinner. Now I'm not allowed to talk on the cell phone while I'm working, but I am allowed to listen to music and talk to myself. So if I used a ';hands-free'; device so I could spin my sign with both hands could I get away with talking on the cell phone while I'm working?
