Can someone help me send a message via email to all the people on my email listL?

My last day on the job is Friday and I want to let everyone that's on my email list know that I am leaving so they won't send any more messages to my address. I'm not good at writing jack! I want it to sound really professional. I just want it to be short and to the point. Can anyone give me some ideas as what I should say?
