I work as PA in the news center department of a radio broadcasting co. and does broadcast certification by the end of the month for each commercial aired.
The HR manager through my immediate superior notified me that i will be occupying an abandoned position in the company's public service foundation temporarily, and will still continue with my original work assignments. I was given half-month schedule for said temporary assignment and the rest to my original tasks.
It's been a month now and HR has not yet issued a memorandum which states my itineraries for the whole month and if i get an extra pay for the services i rendered. I've already written a request from HR to issue me such memo but they keep on telling me the HR manager is so busy these days she cannot SIGN it yet. Can i abandon assignment?
