I have a really bad criminal history, but I was lucky enough to find this great job. Now I need to take the 2 years experience and find something more for myself. Through looking for a job on the Internet a lot of recruiters have contacted me. I’ve had to fill out applications asking have I ever been convicted of a crime, or course I lie. I have this suspicion that most places don’t do background checks. Is this correct. If you are or were someone working in a HR department I would love to hear your comments.
